Vital Healthcare Solutions Division of Endocrinology provides physician visits and consultations to residents in the long-term care and assisted living settings.  Our experienced team of healthcare professionals provide a broad range of diabetic services designed to improve the care and quality of life of patients living with diabetes.  Along with physician visits, we offer a variety of consulting services that include insulin protocol review, medication cost management and staff training. 

We are now offering telemedicine as a solution to our COVID-19 pandemic. Any facilities that continue to practice social distancing that would like their residents to be treated by a licensed professional, can now be seen by telemedicine.
