Vital Healthcare Solutions Division of Endocrinology provides physician visits and consultations to residents in the long-term care and assisted living settings.  Our experienced team of healthcare professionals provide a broad range of diabetic services designed to improve the care of patients with diabetes.  Along with physician visits, we offer a variety of consulting services that include insulin protocol review, medication cost management and staff training. 

Our Endocrinology division also provides outpatient care in several clinics throughout Pennsylvania.

We are now offering telemedicine as a solution to our COVID-19 pandemic. Any patients practicing social distancing that would like to be seen by a licensed professional, can now be treated by telemedicine in the comfort of their own home.
